What this site is
The site provides a free pension calculator that estimates how a pension pot might grow over time, based on figures and assumptions you provide. It is intended for general information and educational purposes only, to help you think about your retirement planning.
Not financial advice
Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, nor a personal recommendation. The calculator does not take account of your individual circumstances, goals, or risk tolerance. In particular:
- Projected figures are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual outcomes will differ.
- Investment returns vary and can be negative. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may get back less than was paid in.
- Assumptions used (such as growth rates, inflation, and contribution levels) are simplifications and may not reflect your real situation.
- Tax rules, allowances, and the State Pension can change, and depend on your personal circumstances.
